Items are to be in original condition, they are not acceptable for return or exchange if they are: a) Stained, soiled, washed or worn; c) Without the original delivery order, invoice/gift receipt d) In incomplete sets. For items that was purchased as a set, (for example a top and shorts), it must be returned as a set.

Exchange Policy It didn’t fit? You can easily exchange your item for a new size. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of the original order. This means that items must be shipped back to HAPPY JUNIORS within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. However, if the item you’ve requested is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

If your package has been returned to us because of an invalid address, moved, address doesnt exsist, missing certain information such as floor xxx and Apt xxxx, this will be the customers responsibility to follow up with HAPPY JUNIORS make new shipping arrangements which the customer is responsible for.
